INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

Authors are invited to submit final paper (10-pages max) in Word format through the FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION SYSTEM. The deadline to submit final paper is May 15th, 2025. Please make sure you use the Final paper submission template (*.docx). In order to produce the proceedings book, please submit your paper in word format. Papers submitted in other format won’t be included in the proceedings book. Please include the final corrections based on the reviewers feedback and the authorship in the final paper.

We have received several queries about indexation of the conference proceedings, so we are pleased to announce that the proceedings of the conference will be Google Scholar indexed.

JOURNAL SPECIAL ISSUES

A selection of the best conference papers will be invited to extend their work and submit it to a special issue of the journal Advanced Engineering Informatics.
